Refunds 

In order to request a refund, you must email us at [email protected] within 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s).

 

The email must include:

• a formal request to exchange your item – e.g. ‘I would like to request the exchange of ….’
• a photograph of you with the old item(s) to be exchanged (this photograph needs to clearly show your face and your hand holding the item)
• the details of the item(s) to be returned – e.g. ‘…Black Classic Zalon T-shirt with White Writing…’
• the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once we receive your email, we will notify you and immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Exchanges

In order to request an exchange of an item, you must email us at [email protected] within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

 

The email must include:

• a formal request to exchange your item – e.g. ‘I would like to request the exchange of ….’
• a photograph of you with the old item(s) to be exchanged (this photograph needs to clearly show your face and your hand holding the item).
• the details of the item(s) to be exchanged – e.g. ‘…Black Classic Zalon T-shirt with White Writing…’
• the details of the item(s) you would like in exchange – e.g. ‘…Red Classic Zalon T-shirt with White Writing…’
• the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

In addition to this, you must send your item(s) to be exchanged to Dephna House, 14 Cumberland Avenue, Park Royal, London, NW10 7QL.

 

Once we receive your email, we will notify you and ship your new item(s) within 3 days.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for payment of your own shipping costs when exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

You will not be charged for the exchange of your item(s).
