Hey guys!

Just wanted to check in with you and let you know what’s been going on!! To those of you who made it to the Wireless Festival last weekend and watched Jay Z headlining - I’m sure you had an amazing time as I did -  but for me Jay Z killed it on stage!!

I went down there with Amy Winehouse and Dionne Bromfield and it was good to catch up with some of the other artists around like Kelly Osbourne, Wiley, Roll Deep, Lewis Hamilton, Lily Allen, Princess Nyah, Bluey, Slash and I also met Madonna for the first time too. 

We made our way to  back to Jay Z and Beyonce’s hotel later on to hang out, and it was fantastic to hear Beyonce comment on me and my work  “I’ve heard so much about about you….don’t worry it was all good”

I knew then obviously Amy had been telling her about my project!!

Micheal Jackson will always be remembered as one of the greatest that ever did.

It was a shock to me, as I’m sure it was a shock to you when he passed away . I remember when I got the call from a friend who asked “Have you heard the biggest news right now? Go to TMZ and check it out.”

I didn’t think it was true as Micheal is the King of PR, he’s has openly always said he was, I just thought it was only of those and so i just fobbed it off. I later realised, when the family made the official statement that he had passed away and it changed everything.

Micheal Jackson seemed like a man that would live forever. His music definitely will. He was so great.

I recently went to a youth centre back home and i discovered that while Michael was in the UK preparing for the ‘This Is it’ tour, they received some money from him , for the kids and for the centre, to help them buy equipment to develop the children’s skills.

This to me showed true greatness as it wasn’t about anyone else – it was just about him giving – he simply gave.

Micheal we thank you and love you. Thank you for inspiring the world.

A year on from the death of Michael Jackson, the singer’s fans are as passionate about their idol as ever.

Here is my tribute to Micheal!

Many have travelled from around the world to be in Los Angeles, US, today to mark the anniversary, barricades have been set up at Jackson’s Los Angeles-area cemetery for the huge army of fans and relatives expected to arrive.

Wreaths of flowers and dozens of bouquets, drawings and photos of Jackson have also been placed outside his mausoleum – we’ll keep you up to date with all of the various ways MJ is being remembered around the world.

With support from some of the biggest artists in the world, Zalon has secured a spot on the soundtrack of the award winning actor and director Noel Clarke’s new film “4,3,2,1″ which also sees an appearance from female American rapper Eve!!

The song is called ‘Gangster’ and initially appeared on UK rapper Bashy’s ‘Catch Me If You Can’ album.  Zalon commented last night:

“Music is very powerful and I’m happy to hear that Noel and the team were interested in the work we did to enhance their vision. I am a person who loves movies so I can’t wait to sit down with my popcorn and sing along to myself !” He jokes.

The Lioness Camp where out to party for Dionne Bromfield’s Surprise Birthday party. Since the release their duet of ‘Aint No Mountain’ which was A listed on the biggest radio station in the UK (Radio 2), this is the first time Zalon and Dionne have been able to let their hair down.

Clever scheming was afoot with Zalon and Amy as he had tweeted earlier that day:
“Hey hun @dionbromfield, wishing u a wonderful b’day. I’m recording, so sorry I couldn’t be there with u & Amy. Keep being Amazing xxx @zalon”
Amy brought later Dionne to her smiling family and friends… SURPRISE!!!!

Amy Winehouse, lead singer Zalon and God-daughter Dionne storm the airwaves with recent success of their latest single Ain’t No Mountatin High Enough as it’s A listed on Radio 2, one of the UK’s Biggest Radio stations.

With 30 million readers worldwide in 19 countries and known as the first stop for celebrity news, OK! Magazine has released pictures of Zalon performing with Dionne Bromfield supporting the charity, Rays of Sunshine.

Zalon was joined on stage with girl group The Saturdays, JLS, Taio Cruz, George Sampson and Lemar at the charity event, which grants wishes for sick children.
