Ex Gym Class Heroes lead singer, Travis McCoy, speaks on the name of his forthcoming mixtape, Forgetting Katy Perry.

Ring any bells?? Yes it’s like the movie but switch that guy from ‘How I met Your Mother’ with Travis and you got it! The new project is apparently more of a parody than diss to his ex Katy Perry.

Travis told Rap-up.com: “Me, personally as an artist, I just write about my life. Unfortunately, that involves going through break-ups. Sometimes it makes for really, really good music and sometimes it makes for sad and depressing sh*t.

“To an extent, I’m comfortable with discussing it, but when it becomes the main focus, I’m like, ‘Aight, let’s just keep going.’ This sh*t is out for public consumption anyway. In the beginning it was our relationship, but after a while it turned into everyone else’s relationship. On those gossip blogs, everyone has their views on our relationship. I’m over it.”

Yes guys – its true!! He said: ‘When I was at my most promiscuous I was like a charging locomotive…I had a team of experts who took care of finding women for me. They had very specific instructions. He said to Playboy magazine: ‘When you sleep with loads of women, it becomes a bit pointless and futile…..I try to keep my relationship with her close to the chest. It’s the first time in my life I’ve had something I cared about this much and wanted to protect.’

Currently planning his wedding to pop star Katy – who he has been dating since September last year – and is looking forward to spending the rest of his life with just one woman.

The controversial comic continued, comparing Bieber to Pink Floyd star Syd Barrett.

“I don’t think Justin Bieber could handle Syd Barrett’s habit” said Brand “You’re just not allowed into the studio until you first have had drug-addiction issues. It separates the men from the boys…..A lot of people in their journey to rehab – overdose…  It’s the law of natural selection.”
