Yes she’s done it!! Beyone is set to  perform at  Glastonbury on the Pyramid Stage on the last day of one of the biggest event of the year -Columbia Records revealed in a statement.

“I’m pumped just thinking about that huge audience and soaking up their energy,” the 29-year-old star said.

Organisers of the festival, which runs from 22 to 26 June, have yet to officially announce 2011’s line-up. Tickets for this year’s event went on sale in October and sold out in around four hours.

“This really is the biggest festival in the world and I cannot wait to perform there…..Everyone who attends is really appreciative of music and is in such a good mood that entire weekend.” said Knowles.

For the year 2011, her earnings are set to soar as she is due to release her hotly anticipated diverse new album along with an array of other new ventures.

The X Factor finals are fast approaching, and likewise, the rumor mill is in full swing with speculation which established popstar will sing with the remaining acts on Saturdays live show.
Most will remember duets between the likes of Olly Murs and Robbie Williams, Joe McElderry and George Michael… not forgetting the flawless set by Beyoncé and Alexandra Burke leading to her scooping up the winning title in 2009.

Nicki Minaj may have worked with the likes of Eminem, Kanye West and Will.I.Am, but the rapper has revealed that she would love to collaborate with Beyoncé.

The Check It Out star, who has also hooked-up with Rihanna on a track for her new LP, Loud, claims that she is a massive fan of Queen B and she hopes that they will work together in the near future.

When asked who she would still like to collaborate with, Nicki revealed to USMagazine: “Probably just Beyoncé right now. I’ve worked with just about all my dream collabs,”

“Like I’ve worked with Jay-Z and I’ve worked with Kanye and I worked with Rihanna and I’ve worked with Eminem…..Those were at the top of my list. Now that I’ve done that, probably the only one on my list that I haven’t worked with that I’ m really, really excited about is Beyoncé.”

Beyoncé has been keeping quite tight lipped about her upcoming new studio album. But finally, after many producers caught a gist of mouth diarrhea and kept gushing about the ‘amazingness’ of the project and the ‘direction’ she intends to go in, we get to hear from the woman herself in regards to the hotly anticipated LP.
Apparently, the 29-year-old says she will be implementing a lot of live instrumentation to her new music which we can expect to hear next year. “I’m trying to make my own genre of music” she says. The singer’s admission comes during the shooting of her latest Vizio commercial.

Jay-Z is currently in the UK, promoting his new book, Decoded and found time to kill the rumors suggesting that his wife, Beyoncé, was pregnant.

Having previously dismissed the reports saying the press should ‘change the subject’, has now reiterated it in an interview with Tim Westwood that Beyonce is definitely NOT expecting their first child.

Speaking about the pregnancy allegations on Westwood’s Radio 1 show, the rapper stated: “No. It’s not true first of all. But imagine that. I couldn’t even fathom that…..But this is the fifth time they’ve done this. I wonder when the people are going to say, ‘OK. We’ve done this four times already.”

He added: “When that happens I’ll let everyone know. I definitely would not let the papers know before anybody else.”

That says it all guys!!

Lady Gaga wore her controversial meat outfit at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles last night and swept up as she was nominated for a record 13 awards and took home an amazing 8 trophies at the awards ceremony!!

When accepting the main award ‘ which was presented to her by Cher ‘ an emotional Gaga said: “I was so nervous tonight that I’d let my fans down.

”I promised that if I won this tonight, I’d announce the name of my new record.”

She then went on to tell the excited crowd her new album would be called ‘Born This Way’, before singing part of the title song.

Gaga also won an award for Best Pop Video, Best Female Video and Best Collaboration ‘ for her ‘Telephone’ duet with Beyonce Knowles ‘ and she thanked her fans for their support : “Tonight, little monsters, we’re the cool kids at the party.”

Other winners at the show ‘ which was held at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theater and was hosted by Chelsea Handler ‘ included Eminem, Justin Bieber and Jay-Z and Alicia Keys.

Hey guys!

Just wanted to check in with you and let you know what’s been going on!! To those of you who made it to the Wireless Festival last weekend and watched Jay Z headlining - I’m sure you had an amazing time as I did -  but for me Jay Z killed it on stage!!

I went down there with Amy Winehouse and Dionne Bromfield and it was good to catch up with some of the other artists around like Kelly Osbourne, Wiley, Roll Deep, Lewis Hamilton, Lily Allen, Princess Nyah, Bluey, Slash and I also met Madonna for the first time too. 

We made our way to  back to Jay Z and Beyonce’s hotel later on to hang out, and it was fantastic to hear Beyonce comment on me and my work  “I’ve heard so much about about you….don’t worry it was all good”

I knew then obviously Amy had been telling her about my project!!

‘Why don’t you love me’ is set to be Beyonce’s next UK single, the bonus track taken from her ‘I Am Sasha Fierce’ album. Despite earlier vows to take a 6 month break from the music scene, Bey is bouncing back with an official release which was earlier rumoured as just a promotional teaser for the fans. The song will be released in the UK on August 30, making it the ninth single to be lifted from the album.
