What are you supposed to do? After reading this information here, and so many other blogs and websites, there’s so much information out there, that I think it makes most sense to use something like PhD Synergy or MaxiMuscle Cyclone rather than buying all supplements seperately, that way you have everything in one big go already. What do other people think?
