We know you guys have been waiting for this show for a long time, and I am happy to announce the dates of our one-off Brazilian tour, early in 2011. This will our first time in Brazil and we can’t wait to see you all and your beautiful country. I look forward to meeting you personally. Details of the shows are as follows:

8th January 2011 – Summer Soul Festival, Il Divino, Florianopolis
11th January 2011 – Arena HSBC, Rio de Janeiro
13th January 2011 – Summer Soul Festival, Covention Center, Recife
15th January 2011 – Summer Soul Festival, Chácara do Joquei, Sao Paulo

Tickets for all four shows are on sale on 22nd Nov from www.livepass.com.br. Amy will be joined at the three Summer Soul Festival shows by Mayer Hawthorne and Janelle Monae, with support at the Rio de Janeiro show also coming from Janelle Monae.

What’s going on?

1. ‘Supposed To Be Us’

This song was made by a good friend of mine and incredible producer Myx Quest.

‘Supposed To Be Us’ is about reminding someone who you are/were in a relationship with, that you have both made a life long commitment to each other, even though things may not be going well right now, “it’s suppose to be us, together, forever”

2. ‘The Click’ Co-produced by myself, Mark Ronson, Dale Davis and engineered by Jon Moon (Amy Winehouse, Dionne Bromfield, N-Dubz). I also have to give a big shout out to Amy Winehouse for allowing me to use her band on this one (you guys are amazing)

‘The Click’ is a fun song, that is all about partying, having fun and a new dance called ‘The Click’. It’s really simple to get involved, just dance however you do normally but all you got to do is add a “CLICK” of your fingers.

3. ‘What’s A Man To Do’ was also co-produced by myself, Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson, Dale Davis and engineered by Jon Moon (Amy Winehouse, Dionne Bromfield, N-Dubz) and Amy Winehouse’s band.

This song is about having the greatest love in the world for your partner. I absolutely love the melody on “Oh what’s a man to do if there’s no loving you, everything I do it all belongs to you” it touches me every time.

I had so much fun recording this song, and I have to give props to the band on this one, as when we recorded ‘What’s A Man To Do’ I would often lose myself in the music, and every time I play the song, the same thing happens to me…every time!

4. ‘You Babe’ Feat Ramzi

‘You Babe’ is a song about finding someone that you are ready to start a lifelong journey with

“You Babe, no one but You Babe”
“Baby save your marriage finger”
“Lets grow old and grey together.”

Featuring on the track is a singer called Ramzi whose debut album peaked at number two across the Middle East. Currently his song “Love is Blind feat Ash king” has over 3+ million views collectively on YouTube.

Hey guys!

Just wanted to check in with you and let you know what’s been going on!! To those of you who made it to the Wireless Festival last weekend and watched Jay Z headlining - I’m sure you had an amazing time as I did -  but for me Jay Z killed it on stage!!

I went down there with Amy Winehouse and Dionne Bromfield and it was good to catch up with some of the other artists around like Kelly Osbourne, Wiley, Roll Deep, Lewis Hamilton, Lily Allen, Princess Nyah, Bluey, Slash and I also met Madonna for the first time too. 

We made our way to  back to Jay Z and Beyonce’s hotel later on to hang out, and it was fantastic to hear Beyonce comment on me and my work  “I’ve heard so much about about you….don’t worry it was all good”

I knew then obviously Amy had been telling her about my project!!

Micheal Jackson will always be remembered as one of the greatest that ever did.

It was a shock to me, as I’m sure it was a shock to you when he passed away . I remember when I got the call from a friend who asked “Have you heard the biggest news right now? Go to TMZ and check it out.”

I didn’t think it was true as Micheal is the King of PR, he’s has openly always said he was, I just thought it was only of those and so i just fobbed it off. I later realised, when the family made the official statement that he had passed away and it changed everything.

Micheal Jackson seemed like a man that would live forever. His music definitely will. He was so great.

I recently went to a youth centre back home and i discovered that while Michael was in the UK preparing for the ‘This Is it’ tour, they received some money from him , for the kids and for the centre, to help them buy equipment to develop the children’s skills.

This to me showed true greatness as it wasn’t about anyone else – it was just about him giving – he simply gave.

Micheal we thank you and love you. Thank you for inspiring the world.

A year on from the death of Michael Jackson, the singer’s fans are as passionate about their idol as ever.

Here is my tribute to Micheal!

Many have travelled from around the world to be in Los Angeles, US, today to mark the anniversary, barricades have been set up at Jackson’s Los Angeles-area cemetery for the huge army of fans and relatives expected to arrive.

Wreaths of flowers and dozens of bouquets, drawings and photos of Jackson have also been placed outside his mausoleum – we’ll keep you up to date with all of the various ways MJ is being remembered around the world.

I hear Kim Kardashian could be in the new Lara Croft movie – well I’ma be honest fellas - I AM READY. I’m gonna get my binoculars, I’m gonna be sitting in the cinema, right in the front row - I wanna see every little detail!!!
